Scheduled a team of 15 experienced RGIS auditors to count the warehouse over two days
The customer provided files which contained all EAN codes of the products, and the locations of the products in the warehouse
RGIS teams used counting scales to count all small items
Pallets were moved to ground level, for auditors to count
Auditors reported on any variances to the customer’s system
The equipment manufacturer found by outsourcing the wall-to-wall warehouse stocktake project to RGIS, the following results were achieved:

The inventory was carried out during the weekend, so there was no disruption to the production lines
RGIS teams were able to provide accurate stock quantities, as well as the location of the products, so the customer was aware of how full or empty certain areas of the warehouse were
