International Collaboration & Training at RGIS France Headquarters
We were proud to welcome RGIS franchisees from the West French Indies and the Indian Ocean Islands for a two-day intensive training session at our RGIS France headquarters in Malakoff, Paris.
💼 Hervey Marie-Louise, General Manager Franchise RGIS-IVALIS West French Indies, and Jérôme Salem, District Manager Franchise RGIS-IVALIS Indian Ocean Islands, were trained on our internal inventory management tool (NGEN) by Patrick Chossat, Process Improvement Manager at RGIS, and Safa Gasmi, Team Leader Senior at RGIS France — all with the support of Ignacio Giribet, Business Development and Franchise Program Manager at RGIS International.
📊 Beyond mastering our inventory tools, Hervey and Jérôme engaged in insightful discussions with key members of our French team, covering operational, organisational, administrative, and HR best practices. France, one of RGIS’s most established markets, served as the perfect backdrop to showcase our high standards and market leadership.
👀 The training culminated in an on-site visit to a real inventory operation with a major French retailer, providing first-hand exposure to our cutting-edge technology and in-field methodologies.
